although they haven't known each other for very long, akira considers haru one of his best friends. a recent member of the phantom thieves as noir, akira places a lot of trust and faith in haru. akira turns to her for advice and admires her gentle patience. their mutual love for morgana and making the world a better place is the foundation of their friendship. in spellbind, akira leans on her a lot more than back home, and is willing to go to the ends of the earth to protect his friend.

they've met a few times, and akira isn't sure how to peg ryoji. he's pretty sure that ryoji is the guy minato was talking about as "death" and "nyx", but none of that really makes any sense. the guy is nice enough and fun to talk to, albeit a bit air-headed. not like akira really is complaining about that.

for awhile, akira referred to hibiki as "the captain" based on their first encounter over the mental network. their second encounter was just as lively, exploring the island, and akira still laughs over the awkwardness of it all. akira is low-key "dating" him now; holding hands and expressing an interest in learning every side of hibiki. it really is remarkable how he's one of the few people to ever successfully fluster akira. you told him to find his prince, hibiki, time to take responsibility.
